About membership
Welcome to the home for UK screen directors.
Joining Directors UK means being part of a collective voice that fights for directors across the industry.
It means you get access to curated screenings, talks and career-development — and benefit from being a part of a community of film and television directors navigating this industry alongside you. It means you get a voice on key issues like working conditions and the freelancer economy.
Members of Directors UK, if eligible, also receive payments from regular distributions of money we collect for the secondary use of your work. If you qualify, you can become a member to benefit from this distribution.
There are three types of membership. See which one suits you best.
