Event T&Cs

  • Tickets can be purchased online through the Directors UK website via Ticket Tailor. Tickets must not be sold or transferred to any third party. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone who would otherwise be eligible to attend, please email [email protected] and we will try and accommodate your request but cannot guarantee to do so. Admission included in your annual membership subscription shall not be transferable.
  • Once purchased, tickets for this  event cannot be refunded.
  • All attendees must be aged 18 or over.
  • Photographs and/or video footage or other recordings may be taken by or on behalf of  Directors UK at this event and used by Directors UK to promote or publicise the event or for general promotional purposes by Directors UK. By attending the event  you confirm that you are aware of and consent to this.
  • Attendees at this event may only take photographs for private and domestic purposes and shall not record any speaker or any film or television clip shown at the event.
  • The views of our speakers may not represent the views of Directors UK.
  • Event programmes, timings and speakers are subject to change and ticket fees will not be refunded due to such changes.
  • Event attendees should show due courtesy and consideration for other attendees, speakers, venue staff, Directors UK members and Directors UK staff at all times and behaviour to the contrary may result in being required to leave the event. In this circumstance tickets will not be refunded.
  • Where tickets are included within a Directors UK membership package it is likely that some registered attendees may not attend. To allow for this, we issue slightly more tickets than there are seats available.
  • We consider this carefully for each event, and it is rare that anyone is left disappointed. However, we recommend arriving in good time, as entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Events are subject to cancellation. If Directors UK cancels this event, we shall try to reschedule the event.  If we are unable to reschedule the event or you do not wish to attend the rescheduled event, then you will be entitled to receive a refund of your ticket price for the event but Directors UK will have no further liability to you. For the avoidance of doubt, if admission is included as part of your membership package you will not be entitled to any refund.
  • All attendees agree to comply with any venue specific rules which are communicated to attendees at the venue.
  • Directors UK will only process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which is available on its website.
